The Mare Nostrum formula has been designed by Servicentre to withstand prolonged summers, coastal humidity, and soils or water with high salt concentrations. Its revolutionary combination of cool-climate species (C3) with the strategic inclusion of Cynodon dactylon (C4) creates a perfect symbiosis: an ultra-resistant lawn that defies drought and saline soils without losing its coverage in any season.
It is one of the best seed formulas for pets because of its stoloniferous growth (which allows for rapid recovery of "bald patches") and its resistance to urine salts (reduces typical yellow stains).
