With the aim of strengthening and developing our presence in the French market, we are looking to hire an Agricultural Sales Technician for the professional gardening, football and golf sectors.
Job description
The Agricultural Sales Engineer will be responsible for the commercial and technical development of Novogreen in France. The position combines B2B sales, agronomic technical advice y strategic customer management, working closely with our production and technical support teams.
Functions and responsibilities
- Development and management of a client portfolio consisting of golf courses, football clubs, sports facilities, municipalities and professional gardening companies.
- Active prospecting and opening of new clients in the French market.
- Technical advice on natural grass, varieties, implementation, maintenance and performance of sports surfaces.
- Monitoring of turf installation, renovation and supply projects.
- Commercial negotiation and closing of B2B agreements.
- Coordination with Novogreen's production and logistics teams to guarantee service quality.
- Representation of the company at trade fairs, industry events and professional associations (golf, football, greenkeeping).
Required profile
- Degree in Agronomy, Agricultural Sciences or equivalent technical training.
- Previous experience in B2B technical sales, preferably in sectors such as lawns, agriculture, landscaping, golf, football or sports surfaces.
- Interest shown by the natural grass, sports and high-performance surfaces.
- Professional English required; he Spanish is highly valued for coordination with the production teams.
- Flexible location within France, with preference for the southern France due to proximity to production centers.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented profile with good communication and negotiation skills.
- Availability to travel within France.
- Availability to join 1-2 months.
- Valid driver's license.
